the indian practical mystic: I am Anutaara, a devoted practitioner of shamanism, a gentle guide through the practice of yoga, and a compassionate Doula for both the sacred moments of birth and the tender transition of death. Within me, love and compassion flow as the very essence of my being. One of my greatest strengths lies in my intuitive nature, allowing me to sense the needs of those who join me in the realm of asana and meditation. I create a space where healing intertwines with these practices, offering solace to those who seek it. Whether it is a new mother embarking on the miraculous journey of labor or a beloved soul nearing the end of their time on this earthly plane, I am present, holding their hands and hearts.
